Cools has been selected for the Innotech discovery and startup support program run by Gyeongnam Gimhae Innopolis.
Gyeongnam Gimhae Innopolis is a research and development special zone anchored by Inje University as its core technology institution. The Innotech program identifies and analyzes demand for commercializing public-sector technology and connects it to technology transfer or equity investment. It also supports validation of startup items, prototype development, matching for missing technology, and introductions to startup investors.
Cools was founded in April 2026 in Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, and develops thermal control technology for advanced packaging. Its Thermal Clutch replaces air-jet convection with direct solid-contact conduction in the HBM bonding process. The company works in cooling module supply, joint equipment development and IP licensing.
